About me

I have over 15 years experience of working as a therapist. I am experienced in treating all types of anxiety disorders as well as depression, low self esteem and relationship problems. I understand it can feel daunting to reach out for help. My approach to therapy is to promote an open and safe environment where you can share your worries and experiences. At the start of treatment our main focus will be to form a shared understanding of the root cause of your problems and symptoms. We will then move to the treatment phase where we will work together to help you to effectively manage your difficulties.

I am trained in both CBT and EMDR and both are highly effective treatments for trauma, depression and anxiety. I have also completed further training around trauma and the treatment of this. My goal is to help you to break free of the vicious cycle of low mood or anxiety. If you feel I can help with this please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I can offer treatment sessions either face to face, online or via the telephone.
