About me

Hi I am Shahnaz, I am a HCPC registered Psychologist with over ten years of working experience in the mental health field.

I work with a wide ranege of difficulties including trauma, all anxietydisorders, depression, relationship challenges, emotional disregulations and persnality issues.

I work with individuals and couples 18+.

My approach
My main therapeutic models are CBT and DBT, but I integrate other third wave CBT approaches to tailor therapy to each person's unique needs.

I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can better understand themselves, develop new skills, and move toward the changes they want to see in their lives.
