About me
I'm a BABCP Accredited Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience in mental health. I offer high quality short to medium term therapy. My breadth of training and experience means that I aim able to tailor therapy to the needs of the individual to reach their desired goals.
I work with a range of difficulties; including depression and anxiety - but a diagnosis isn't essential. Sometimes a space is just needed to think and understand ourselves to better support our mental wellbeing.
We can all experience difficult times in our lives including stresses at work, problems in relationships, physical health problems, bereavements and more.
Through these experiences we can sometimes have thoughts and feelings that we find upsetting. Whilst this can be a normal response to a difficult situation, when these thoughts and feelings persist, they can have a significant impact on our ability to live a full and happy life, something we all deserve. It's at these times, many of us will need some support with our psychological health, to get us back to feeling good.

I specialise in working with adults aged 17+.I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies that I have particular expertise in including; Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Behavioural Couples Therapy (BCT).
By integrating these approaches and drawing on my extensive clinical experience, I tailor treatment to your individual needs. This can lead to both immediate relief as well as longer term, lasting change.
