About me

Dan is a Integrative Psychotherapist and specialises in Anxiety and Anger Management and has an excellent track record and wealth experience helping people to manage and cope with these difficulties and the impact they can have. He works in a relational manner and emphasises connection and safety as being the factors that can provide the right atmostphere to facilitate change.

Dan also helps people to work-though and understand their internal world and the patterns of reaction, thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours so you can life with a greater sense of freedom, self-autonomy and choice.

Dan is also a fully accredited member of the has British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and has been in private practice for 16 years, since 2012.

He currently offers in-person sessions in Coulsdon, Surrey and also works remotely offering online sessions to clients worldwide.
