About me

I'm a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist offering a warm, collaborative and integrative approach to therapy. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, panic, trauma, phobias, low self-esteem, stress and difficulties that may be affecting their relationships, confidence or everyday life.

I believe therapy works best when it is tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on your needs, I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT approaches, alongside EMDR, ACT, mindfulness and compassion-focused techniques.

My aim is to provide a safe and non-judgemental space where you can understand what is happening for you, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways of coping and moving forward. Where appropriate, EMDR can be used to help process distressing or traumatic experiences that continue to affect you in the present.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin with where you are now and work together to understand what you need.
