About me

I am a warm, empathic and sensitive therapist with over 15 years of therapeutic experience. I work with children, young people and women, offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore life's challenges and begin to heal - at your own pace. My aim is to help you build your confidence, self-esteem and resilience, particularly at a time when you might be feeling vulnerable and struggling to cope.

I work from a Relational approach where the therapeutic relationship is central, considering our relationships, how we relate to ourselves and others. The therapeutic relationship provides a 'safe base' to explore difficulties. When we feel seen, heard and accepted, healing and change becomes possible.
