I am an experienced psychotherapist who works integratively and relationally. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore what is troubling you. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, bereavement, difficult feelings about yourself or relationship difficulties.You may have experienced a distressing life event or difficulties from the past that are impacting on how you can live comfortable in the present. I work in person and online with adults of all ages. I have experience of working with neurodiversity.
