About me

I am a Consultant Ophthalmologist with specialised training in cataract, vitreoretinal, and medical retina care. My clinical practice focuses on delivering personalised, evidence-based treatment with a strong emphasis on clarity, safety, and high-quality outcomes for every patient.

I completed advanced fellowship training in Vitreoretinal Surgery and Medical Retina at the University of California, San Diego, and Imperial College London, gaining extensive expertise in the surgical and non-surgical management of complex retinal disease, as well as premium cataract surgery. This training underpins my approach to precise diagnostics, tailored treatment planning, and meticulous surgical care.

I practise across NHS and private settings, offering timely appointments, coordinated care pathways, and comprehensive support for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Areas of interest

I provide comprehensive ophthalmic care for adults and children, with subspecialty expertise in cataract surgery, vitreoretinal conditions, and medical retina. I manage a wide range of conditions including cataracts, retinal tears and detachment, floaters, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, epiretinal membranes, macular holes, and general ocular emergencies.

I offer advanced surgical and laser treatments, including phacoemulsification cataract surgery (standard and toric lenses), YAG capsulotomy, retinal laser therapy, and vitreoretinal procedures.

I treat patients of all adult age groups, providing both routine and urgent assessments.
