About me

I am an accredited therapist with 8 years post qualification experience within areas of trauma and attachment, anxiety and more.

I work with Adults and Young people and have worked within areas such as Looked after children residential services, secondary schools, CAMHS single point of access and family centres.

One day of the week I work outside from a remote location from a Shepherd's hut within a small field. I incorporate outside nature to the therapy for young people who may find clinical rooms difficult.

I also work remotely online for Adult sessions.
