About me

I am an experienced therapist, qualified to Master's Degree level. I work in a multidisciplinary way, offering clients the best way forward, for each individual.�
I offer trauma informed practice with vast experience of dealing with depression, anxiety and stress. I completed my training with Rape Crisis and am experienced working with trauma and abuse, with particular interest and knowledge of narcissism and narcissistic abuse.
I am neurodiversity friendly, loss and bereavement trained and kink-aware. I can offer talking therapy and/or a holistic approach.
