About me

Mr Tom Pepper is a dual-qualified consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon in London, who qualified as a dentist in 2004 and as a doctor in 2014. He works across several areas of London, providing expert care in conditions affecting the face, mouth, jaws, and neck.

Mr Pepper trained at leading London hospitals and gained further specialist experience during a fellowship year in the Plastic Surgery unit at the renowned Duke University Hospital in the USA. This rare combination of training has given him internationally recognised expertise in both complex reconstructive surgery and advanced facial procedures.

Known for his calm, patient-centred approach, Mr Pepper takes time to explain options clearly and guide patients through every stage of treatment. He uses advanced digital imaging, 3D virtual surgical planning, and the latest biomaterials and regenerative medicine techniques to promote healing and rejuvenate, ensuring safe, precise, and lasting results. His commitment to excellence has been recognised through several national academic prizes.

Alongside his clinical work, Mr Pepper is an active educator, author, and researcher. He lectures internationally, trains junior surgeons, medical and dental students, and his work has been published widely in international peer-reviewed journals.
