About me
Zoe is an HCPC-registered clinical psychologist. She is experienced working with people across the lifespan. She has particular expertise supporting people who are neurodivergent, and young people as they transition to adulthood. Zoe takes a neuroaffirming approach to her work, valuing and celebrating the differences that different ways of approaching the world bring.
Zoe is skilled in integrating different types of therapy, bringing the relevant approaches best suited to each client. She has a particular interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and systemic approaches.
Outside of her therapy role, Zoe is passionate about improving healthcare systems and has worked in national policy and strategy roles. She is committed to delivering evidence-based care and is an expert member of an NHS research ethics committee.
