About me

I am Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of working within the NHS and Private sector. I work with children, adolescents, families and adults. I aim to develop a formulation or understanding collaboratively with the people I work with to inform what therapeutic intervention or treatment might be beneficial.
My sense that it is really important for anyone that I work with to really understand why they are currently experiencing their struggles, to build on their strengths and work together to move towards positive change.

Areas of interest

I work with children, young people, adolescents and adults.

I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, OCD, Trauma, eating disorders, neurodiversity and attachment difficulties to name a few.

I am trained in EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, CAT, Narrative Therapy and CFT.
