I am an experienced psychotherapist / counsellor who can provide you with a safe and confidential space.

My style of working combines person centred values with a solution focused approach which will be tailored to your specific needs. Drawing on my training and skills, we can work on identifying the underlining causes of the issues you may be struggling with to bring about clarity and positive change.

I have extensive experience working with adults in higher education as well as people in middle age.

I offer sessions face to face from my office in Welham Green or online over Zoom.
