About me

I have been a psychotherapist for over 20 years and have worked with a diverse range of clients and issues. I am also a Senior Lecturer and former Course Leader on the MSc Programme in Integrative Counselling and Coaching at UEL. For several years, I was the counsellor at an FE College in North London and also at the London Contemporary Dance School.

My original training was integrative, including a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, CBT and Person Centred. I regularly continue my training and am experienced in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EMDR and Couples Therapy.

As an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I bring over two decades of clinical experience to my practice. My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders (such as social anxiety, performance anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and generalised anxiety disorder), EMDR therapy, couples counselling, depression, relationship dynamics, self-confidence and self-worth, emotional intimacy, and life direction.
