About me

I have been working as a Consultant Gastroenterologist since 2010, helping patients with a wide range of digestive problems. These include symptoms such as indigestion, acid reflux, abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, and food intolerances. I also have a special interest in treating inflammatory bowel diseases like Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
Over the years, I have performed more than 5,000 gastroscopies and over 5,000 colonoscopies, as well as reported more than 1,000 capsule endoscopies. I have particular expertise in colonoscopy and advanced polyp removal, and I have been accredited to perform bowel cancer screening colonoscopies since 2012.
Teaching and training are also important parts of my work. I've been teaching in JAG endoscopy courses since 2009 and am a faculty member at the London Endoscopy Training Academy.
I am also the Endoscopy Lead in my NHS hospital. I focus on ensuring that all procedures are carried out safely, comfortably, and to the highest possible standards.
My approach is patient-centered � I take time to listen, explain, and work with you to find the best way forward for your digestive health.
