About me

As a Person-Centered therapist, I'm concerned to hear what's troubling you and support you through this time so you can move forward in your life. No issue is too small.

I offer UK-wide online and telephone counselling and in-person sessions in Dunoon. I work with a wide range of issues such as bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma.

I will offer you a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship where together we will work to find the way through that's right for you.

I know I can't change your situation or fix you. I don't believe you need to be fixed. I think you are doing the best you can in the circumstances you find yourself.
