About me
Dr Ravindhi Murphy is a consultant medical oncologist specialising in colorectal cancers. She is experienced in using chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapies. She completed her primary medical degree at the University of Cambridge in 2008. She went on to specialise in medical oncology and has trained at several leading London hospitals such as The Royal Marsden, Charing Cross and Hammersmith Hospitals. She has a substantive consultant post in colorectal cancer care at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Hospitals Trust.
She has held academic clinical fellowships sponsored by the National Institute for Heath and Care Research (NIHR) and Cancer Research UK, combining her clinical work with research. She was awarded a Wellcome Trust Drug Discovery Fellowship for her PhD in cancer drug development at the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR), London. She has published peer-reviewed papers and regularly presents research and trials at national and international conferences.
She has a strong focus on patient-centred care and is committed to advancing personalised cancer treatments and precision oncology.
