About me

I'm a qualified Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with over 7 years of experience running my own successful, award-winning private practice. I'm deeply dedicated and committed to helping people navigate life's challenges. Whether that means working through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout, or relationship difficulties.

I support children, adolescents, and adults, and tailor therapy to meet each person's emotional, developmental, and psychological needs. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and empowered to change.

I take an integrative, person-centred approach, combining evidence-based therapies to best suit your needs. I work in an inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming way, supporting clients with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences. Sessions are adapted to ensure every client, regardless of age or background, feels safe, understood, and respected.

In addition to more traditional therapeutic models, I also integrate tools such as:

Self-Hypnosis, which can be highly effective for reducing anxiety, improving focus, enhancing self-regulation, and promoting restful sleep.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), a gentle, evidence-based approach combining acupressure with cognitive techniques to help release emotional blocks and reduce distress.

I offer flexible appointment times 7 days a week, from 7am to 11pm, with no waiting lists.
