About me

I am an experienced and accredited integrative therapist with over 10 years of post-qualified experience. This means I will choose from a range of theories and tailor my approach according to your unique situation. I am also an EMDR therapist in training, (a highly specialised treatment for trauma), meaning I can offer EMDR therapy as part of our work if that is something you would like.

I have experience working in charity settings, NHS, as well as private practice. I can deliver short-term (6-8 week) sessions as well as longer term.
