About me

I am a compassionate, trauma-informed psychological therapist with years of experience. My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, loss, or trauma, sometimes struggling to make sense of painful experiences or rebuild trust in themselves and others. Many have faced perinatal challenges, relationship difficulties, or the lasting impact of distressing events. They seek understanding, stability, and practical ways to move forward. Their goal is not just relief from symptoms, but to feel more grounded, confident, connected and to rediscover a sense of safety, balance, and purpose in their lives.
I offer evidence-based therapies including CBT, EMDR, and Behavioural Couples Therapy, using an integrative, trauma-informed approach. My focus is on collaboration, working together to create change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable, whether you are seeking individual or relationship-focused support.
Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially when you have been carrying so much for so long. I offer a calm and supportive space where you will be met with warmth, respect, and understanding. I offer online sessions to clients across the UK, making therapy flexible and accessible.
