About me
I am an experienced and accredited Person Centred Counsellor and Supervisor,
PG Dip. Counselling, Cert. COSCA Supervision, MBACP(Accred.)
I have worked in the NHS and universities, in West Scotland. My counselling practice started in 2010 working as an addiction counsellor in Glasgow. Prior to counselling, my background was in social care and crisis mental health.
Since 2020, I have been an associate lecturer at the Open University, teaching undergraduate psychology, and counselling courses. I am also employed as an online moderator on a mental health peer support platform that has members based in Europe, North America, and the Australian continent.
Additionally, I run a private practice, working as a Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor. As a BACP accredited counsellor, I adhere to their professional ethics and codes of practice.
