About me

Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, grieving or simply seeking clarity, you're not alone. I offer one-to-one therapy for adults, both face-to-face in Bristol and online, in a supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental space.

I believe that counselling is a collaborative process, with its foundation set in having a strong therapeutic relationship between client and therapist, with the client's wellbeing at the heart. Everyone deserves the chance to tell their story and be heard.

I'm here to support you on your journey. Together, it may be that we explore your personal history to better understand the values, beliefs, and behaviours that influence your present-day experiences, look at current life stressors, explore relationship dynamics, give space to your concerns and hopes or provide space for you to be held in times of grief.

Our work will include identifying strategies to help you navigate life's challenges, create meaningful change, and reconnect with your authentic self.

If you are struggling with feelings of anxiety or worry, we will explore the roots causes and gently build strategies that help you feel more grounded and at ease in your daily life. The goal is not just to manage anxiety, but to create lasting tools that bring more balance, confidence, and peace into your everyday experience.

Most importantly, this is a space where all emotions are welcome, including the difficult or uncomfortable ones. Allowing space for these feelings is an essential part of the healing process.

I will walk alongside you as you explore, feel, and make sense of your emotions, offering a safe and supportive space where you can share your personal experiences with comfort and ease.

When helpful, we can integrate a mindbody approach into our sessions. This may include mindfulness, grounding techniques, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. These practices can support emotional processing, helping difficult feelings rise, move through, and eventually settle, often in transformative ways.

There's space here for truth, transformation and even laughter.

I am able to support you through the many challenges that life can bring.

I work with a range of therapeutic approaches, which I call upon to suit your needs in the moment, and these are Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, CBT, Person Centred, Rewind Therapy (for PTSD) and am also a Mind-Body therapist, and work with people experiencing chronic pain and persistent symptoms.
