About me

I am a counsellor/therapist working in Gloucestershire and nationally online.
I am an Accredited member of the BACP (MBACP Accred) and can offer therapy online or limited face to face sessions.
I have been qualified for five years but prior to this I worked in therapeutic settings helping people to find a way forward for themselves.
I hope to work in alliance with you so you are empowered to move forward in a way that is right for you.
I can offer a quiet and non-judgemental space where I will endeavour to listen and understand you and help you to explore your feelings.
I have experience working with common mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression but also have a special interest working with Neurodiversity ADHD, Autism and BPD (EUPD).
I have completed practitioner training in DBT skills & EFT (Tapping).
