About me

I am a Chartered, HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

I work with adults (men and women) experiencing:
Burnout; stress; anxiety; low mood; work-related stress; parenting challenges; early developmental trauma; relationship difficulties; perimenopause; adjustment to significant life events.

I also offer lifestyle coaching for those who are feeling a sense of disconnection, who are seeking space to gain clarity on direction in life. I support individuals in rediscovering their sense of identity, purpose, and vitality and help them implement and sustain healthy lifestyle changes to create a more meaningful life.

I pride myself on being able to create a safe, gentle space for clients to explore current difficulties while considering how past experiences may shape present patterns of behaviour. I am passionate about making therapy accessible and stigma-free, offering a relaxed and flexible approach that supports both deep healing and personal growth.

Areas of interest

I specialise in working with Adults over 18. I draw on a range of Psychological therapies but have particular expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Attachment based approaches.

Using these approaches I am able to tailor treatment to you with your goals in mind and support long lasting change.

My areas of particular interest include:
Burnout; stress; anxiety; low mood; work-related stress; early developmental trauma; relationship difficulties; perimenopause, parenting challenges;
