About me

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer both short term and long term therapy. Prior to training as a counsellor I worked in the mental health field in a number of roles including support worker and day centre manager as well as training and supervising volunteers on mental health helplines for SANEline and Mind. I have been a therapist for 25 years, working in higher education, the NHS, private practice and the charity sector.
I am also a counsellor at the University of Bristol, so I am unable to work with any current UoB students due to a potential conflict of interest.
