Hello, I'm Alexandra, a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist offering online therapy for adults. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in emotional patterns that no longer serve them, often rooted in stress, trauma, or difficult life experiences. My work supports you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself while moving towards lasting healing and change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including CBT, ACT, DBT, Compassion-Focused and Narrative Therapy, tailoring our work to your individual experiences, goals, and pace.

I have extensive experience working across NHS mental health services with people facing complex and long-standing difficulties, and I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood.
