About me

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist in Southeast London and have been qualified for over 10 years. I currently see adults at the Circle Psychology Partners therapy rooms in East Dulwich alongside my work in the NHS, where my specialty is providing care and support to people who have experienced psychosis or bipolar and their families.

I have experience of treating a wide range of problems including anxiety, stress, trauma (including PTSD), psychosis, bipolar, depression and low self-esteem. I work with adults from varied backgrounds including neurodiverse individuals. I have always taken a particular interest in supporting people who have been through difficult life experiences, are adjusting to a major life change, or who are in a caregiving role.

I aim to create a safe and non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable to talk about your problems and make sense of them in the context of your past experiences, beliefs, culture and individual traits. We will then create a treatment plan together in line with your goals and what is important to you, drawing on a variety of therapeutic models (including CBT, compassion-focussed therapy, EMDR and Narrative therapy). In therapy we will work collaboratively to find a fresh perspective, rediscover your strengths and develop new strategies to make a positive
change in your wellbeing. I am flexible in my approach and always happy to re-evaluate and try something different if you don't feel like you are getting the results that you want.
