About us

Hi, I am a Senior Counselling Psychologist and am a Clinical Associate for RDA Psychology Practice. I am committed to providing a compassionate, safe and flexible space for those seeking psychological therapy. I have worked extensively with low mood, anxiety, stress, bereavement and trauma. In my current role in the NHS, I am a Senior Counselling Psychologist and have specific expertise in working with those experiencing psychosis. My clinical experience also extends to offering psychodynamic psychotherapy with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma and difficulties adjusting to physical health conditions.

As a result of working with such diverse populations, I consider myself to be an integrative therapist. I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy and Person Centred Therapy. This enables me to create a unique therapeutic experience for you as I believe each person has specific and individual needs. I am passionate about seeing people not in isolation, but connected to wider systems (e.g. family, communities, religion etc). At times, we can become disconnected from these integral parts and I truly believe how important connection to these systems are to our general well-being.


I am driven toward helping you enhance self-awareness, increase your sense of control and foster hope through an authentic, respectful and open-minded approach. Therapy can indeed be a daunting and challenging experience, however one that can also restore the pleasure, love and meaningful connection to our lives and others.
