About me

I am a registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience supporting clients with a wide range of life challenges.
I work with individuals and couples from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, and I aim to create a welcoming, safe and supportive space where everyone feels understood and respected.
I value the opportunity to support my clients as they work through personal challenges, gain insight into themselves, and make positive changes that help them move toward their goals.
I offer short term and indepth therapeutic work from the Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT), Psychodynamic and Systemic perspectives, dealing with a wide range of clinical presentations.
My areas of interest include depression and anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, neurodiversity, chronic health concerns, and relationship difficulties. I also help clients make positive changes by developing healthier routines and more effective ways to manage stress.
