About me

I am a qualified, accredited and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer face to face sessions in Central Farnham and also offer sessions online, that make therapy accessible wherever you are based.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to meet each client's unique needs. I believe therapy can restore inner equilibrium, support healing from past experiences, and provide a safe, non-judgemental space to explore challenges and build resilience. In addition, I can provide sessions in Spanish for the Hispanic community.

My background includes bereavement and end-of-life counselling in a hospice setting where I trained as a bereavement therapist. I also extensive experience in workplace issues such as bullying, harassment, redundancy and disciplinary matters.

I also specialise in supporting those who are experiencing or have experienced coercive control either at work or within the family unit.

In private practice I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, addictions, personality disorders, and the long-term impact of domestic or parental abuse. Alongside therapy, I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor and offer supervision to fellow professionals in a calm and supportive environment.
