About me

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with more than 8 years of experience in musculoskeletal practice, within the NHS and private practice.

MY JOURNEY:

Athletic Approach Physiotherapy and Strength Training Clinic:

- After several years of working for different private practices. I set up my own clinic.
- We are a rehab specialist clinic, specialising in ACL Rehab, Return to Sport and Strength Training.

Strength Coach:

- Been on a gym floor since 2012, starting as a gym instructor and progressing to a personal trainer and currently combining physio and strength and conditioning skills, to optimise patient recovery, improve wellbeing and facilitate return to sport.

NHS Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist:

- Lead ACL Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for more than 5 years, from acute to post reconstruction surgery

- Treat all musculoskeletal conditions:

Back pain (acute and chronic)
Neck pain and whiplash-associated disorders
Shoulder pain (e.g. rotator cuff injuries, impingement, frozen shoulder)
Elbow pain (e.g. tennis elbow, golfer's elbow)
Wrist and hand pain (e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive strain injuries)
Hip and groin pain (e.g. labral tears, hip osteoarthritis)
Knee pain (e.g. ligament injuries, meniscal tears, patellofemoral pain syndrome)
Ankle and foot pain (e.g. sprains, Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis)
Postural dysfunctions and ergonomic issues
Muscle strains and ligament sprains
Joint stiffness and hypermobility
Sports injuries and rehabilitation
Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation (e.g. joint replacements, ACL reconstruction)
