About me

The greatest challenge many of us face is finding the strength and resilience to be our best selves while navigating life's struggles. Whether you're dealing with relationship difficulties, the challenges of motherhood, supporting a child with a disability, adjusting to relocation, or managing family and work pressures, I provide a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental space for you to explore and reflect.

My aim is to support you in moving towards authenticity, freedom of expression, and greater self-understanding. Together, we can create the mental space you need to explore your thoughts, feelings, choices and their consequences. You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through what matters most to you.

I bring extensive experience of working with trauma, childhood sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, workplace challenges, immigration and relocation, and loss. Alongside traditional talking therapy, I also use creative approaches when words alone may not be enough to express what you're feeling.

Taking the first step to talk to someone outside of your circle of friends or family can feel daunting, but it can also be the start of meaningful change. I invite you to contact me for a free 15-minute telephone consultation, where I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

I look forward to hearing from you
