Our areas of interest cover a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and treatments. We have particular expertise in managing sports injuries, running-related issues, and rehabilitation following injury or surgery. Our treatment approach includes massage therapy, sports massage, dry needling, medical acupuncture, and detailed gait analysis to support recovery and optimise performance. We regularly help patients with work-related injuries, back pain, neck pain, knee and shoulder problems, foot and elbow pain, as well as muscle pain and ligament strains. We also treat conditions such as sciatica and trapped nerves, mobility issues, osteoarthritis, joint pain, repetitive strain injuries, headaches, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, and plantar fasciitis.
