About me

I am an experienced counsellor with a background in helping people to recover from issues such as sexual violence, domestic abuse and chronic long term health conditions.

I have previously worked in the NHS as a doctor and psychiatrist, which gives me an understanding of the impact of chronic mental and physical health issues.

I work regularly with stress, depression, ptsd, bereavement and anxiety.

I was raised with nature based spirituality, trained in shamanism and tarot and my initial counselling qualification had a buddhist underpinning.

I blend both the spiritual and conventional in my therapy with people who would like to work this way.
