About me

Your Caring Physios provides specialist physiotherapy for patients experiencing dizziness, vertigo, balance problems, musculoskeletal pain and reduced mobility. Led by Georgios Tsiknas, Specialist Vestibular and MSK Physiotherapist, we offer thorough one-to-one assessment and personalised treatment in a calm, supportive environment.

We commonly support patients with BPPV, vestibular conditions, neck and back pain, joint pain, soft tissue injuries, sports injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Our approach is focused on clear explanations, practical treatment plans and helping patients feel reassured, confident and supported throughout their recovery.

Appointments are available at our Worcester Clinic and Birmingham Clinic. Bupa patients are welcome and we can support with insurance processing where a valid membership number and pre-authorisation code have been provided.

Areas of interest

Specialist interests include the assessment and treatment of dizziness, vertigo and balance disorders, including BPPV, vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis and post-concussion dizziness.

Treatment includes vestibular rehabilitation, gaze stabilisation and oculomotor exercises, canalith repositioning manoeuvres including the Epley manoeuvre, balance retraining and gait re-education. A wide range of musculoskeletal conditions are also treated, including neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle and foot pain, joint pain, soft tissue injuries, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
Treatment may include manual therapy, strengthening, exercise prescription and personalised home exercise programmes for adults and older adults.
