I have a BSc in Psychodynamic psychotherapy and CBT. Qualifying in both modalities enables me to work integrative. Being trained in both long and short term work. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental environment, encouraging a safe space to enable you to explore and share difficult thought and memories.
