A warm, empathic and trauma-informed integrative therapist and clinical supervisor, with over 14 years' clinical experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings.

My approach combines empathy, honesty, curiosity and a strong commitment to ethical practice to support clients with variable needs.

As an integrative therapist, I will adapt my approach to best suit the unique presentation and needs of each client. But my training has concentrated on Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused and Holistic Therapy.
