About me:
I am a BACP-accredited person centered counsellor and clinical supervisor with over 6 years of experience supporting adults and young people across private practice, education, and charity sectors.
My practice:
I provides a calm and safe environment, without judgement, helping you to feel heard and empowered to make your own unique choices. This can be in person or online Video platforms.
I believe relational depth forms the foundation of our therapeutic work. To gain this depth, I listen and respect, supporting clients along their individual journeys, allowing them to become a better version of self.

What to Expect from our sessions:
In our first session, we'll complete a brief assessment and discuss expectations or goals for the therapy. This will enable us to establish the best way of working together to define the best outcome.
This could include exploring different styles of learning, personality traits or integrating other learnt theories
