About me

I am an Accredited Member of the BACP and work from a first floor counselling space in Bedford, which I have made a relaxing environment.

Have you experienced a traumatic life event such a loss? Maybe you have something in your past you've not dealt with? Or there may be no reason you can think of that would explain your suffering. Modern life can certainly be overwhelming and we don't always feel able to, nor should we ever have to, navigate it alone.

It is my belief that we can all benefit from understanding ourselves better; my aim is to help you do just that. Nobody has lived the exact life that you have. Your journey is unique to you and has shaped your every thought and belief about yourself and the others around you. Our brains store everything whether we remember it or not, and in turn influence our thoughts, feelings and fears. My hope is that by spending time getting to know you, I can help you make sense of what has happened or is happening to you; how you feel about it, and find a way to move forward, with solutions that best fit your life.

I work can creatively with Young People to encourage reflection and self expression.
