About me

I offer relaxed, confidential and non-judgmental counselling online, or from my therapy room near Hamilton Square, Birkenhead. I work with adults, couples and young people aged 11+. I tailor each session to your unique needs and use a range of therapeutic approaches, to ensure that what we do together works for you, rather than trying to get you to fit into one therapeutic model. I think holistically and work in a mind, body and soul way. I am experienced and clients frequently feedback to me that I am easy to talk to, down to earth and they feel safe around me. Counselling is about change, so if you are ready to make some changes, I look forward to welcoming you soon.
