About me
I have over 28 years of experience working with mental health issues. Having worked in a variety of different settings; NHS Psychotherapy Units, Hospice, a charity specialising in work with teenagers and adults means that I have gained valuable experience. As a psychotherapist I have worked with wide and varied presentations of mental health and well being issues.

I have vast experience of working with young children; adolescents and adults of all ages.
The main aim of my therapeutic approach is to provide a safe, private and confidential space. Some things are difficult to put into words and to express and having some expert help brings more clarity and understanding. Through receiving this support and intervention personal growth and insight takes place which can be life changing.
My main psychotherapeutic approach is psychodynamic. When exploring the past meaningful links or connections can be made to feelings, emotions and behaviours in the here and now. These can provide break through moments.
