About me

Hi, I'm Emma. I specialise in issues related to trauma, relationships, sex and shame. I offer supportive psychological therapy to help people feel reconnected with themselves, their values, their bodies, relationships and sexuality.

I can help clients navigate:
• Sexual and intimacy difficulties
• The impact of gynaecological conditions
• Sexual identity and orientation struggles
• Childhood abuse and trauma
• Compulsive sexual behaviours

I am proud to be a gender, sexual and relationship diversity practitioner. I am kink aware and sex positive.

In addition to my Clinical Psychology training, I have additional training in Internal Family Systems (L1), EMDR, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychosexual therapy and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy.

When we meet, I will spend time understanding the difficulties you are experiencing and tailor therapy to meet your needs. I will always offer you a compassionate and non-judgemental space to make sense of your experiences.

I am down to earth, open and direct, and I aim to create an environment of safety in therapy where you can be yourself.

I offer short and long term therapy both online and in-person (Sheffield S11)
