His clinical practice encompasses hip replacements, hip resurfacing, keyhole (arthroscopic) procedures, and the treatment of complex sports related injuries. Known for his thoughtful, patient-first approach, Mr Raymond is dedicated to restoring movement and function. This ranges from helping elite athletes return to peak performance, through to supporting patients in regaining day to day mobility and comfort.
Mr Raymond trained in orthopaedic surgery through the University College London Hospital programme, gaining further specialist expertise at renowned institutions including the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, where he focused on complex joint reconstruction as well as The Royal London Hospital, where he managed high level trauma cases.
His commitment to advanced training took him internationally, completing a prestigious Orthopaedic Trauma Association Fellowship at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston and an observership in hip preservation techniques at the world leading Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
Further refining his surgical expertise, Mr Raymond undertook a dedicated hip surgery fellowship at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital, followed by selection for the competitive Perth Sports Surgery Fellowship under Dr Peter D'Alessandro in Australia.
