I am an experienced, accredited and exceptionally skilled therapist, specialising in a wide range of areas and trained in approaches including person centred and psychotherapy. I provide a non judgemental and empathetic space for clients experiencing issues including depression and anxiety, relationship issues, work issues, self esteem and confidence, loss and grief.
