About me

Bethany Willson is a Specialist Gut and Women's Health Dietitian with 5+ years experience in leading NHS hospitals. She is based in London and online.

Bethany achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Surrey and gaining HCPC registration and now works as a Specialist Women's Health and Gastroenterology Dietitian in the private sector and at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust.

Bethany has a deep commitment to empowering people to confidently manage their symptoms and health. She has extensive experience across gastroenterology including IBS, coeliac disease, pancreatic enzyme insufficiency, bile acid malabsorption, SIBO, IMO and more. She has been trained on the Low FODMAP Diet by King's College London.

Bethany also has a strong interest in women's health, and supporting individuals with endometriosis, PCOS, fertility and pregnancy nutrition.

She takes a holistic approach focusing on both dietary and lifestyle interventions to help you achieve effective, lasting results.
