About me

Psychological therapist accredited by the BABCP. Specialising in CBT & EMDR to treat PTSD, trauma plus long term health and chronic pain conditions.

I am clinically supervised by the leading EMDR pain specialist, Mark Grant from Australia.

I also specialise in helping clients with driving and travel phobia following road traffic accident trauma. I offer a unique in-car CBT approach both in-person and remotely.

Extensive experience as a Catastrophic Level Case Management. Able to effectively manage chronic pain cases due to blend of experience between psychological trauma expertise and case management.
