About me

I'm a BACP accredited counsellor based in Gorseinon offering in- person, online and telephone sessions.

I have experience in a wide range of Mental Health Issues which includes (but not limited to) issues such as anxiety, panic, depression, anger, stress, low self-esteem and the lasting impacts of a difficult childhood.

I have also been trained to work with adults who have experienced abuse whether it be sexual, emotional, physical, or domestic. My aim is to empower you and to help you to make sense of what's happened to you. We can't change the past but if I can help this sit more comfortably in your head this can go a long way to helping you move forward with your life.

If you are feeling stuck or that you have lost your way, I can help you explore what you are feeling by offering you a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential place to explore what's on your mind.

My 50 minute sessions are �40 each
