Reaching out for support isn't easy � especially when you're feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself. If that's where you are right now, you're not alone. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what's going on, and begin to move forward � gently and at your own pace.
I'm a BACP-accredited therapist, and my approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique experience. I won't rush you, give you homework, or tell you what to do � but I will be alongside you as we explore what feels stuck and what might help shift things. Some people come to therapy with clear goals; others just know that something needs to change. Either way, we can figure it out together.

Areas of interest
I work with adults on a one-to-one basis, offering a supportive space to explore a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, trauma, identity, low self-esteem, and work-related stress. I also have experience working with more specific challenges such as fertility issues, baby loss, chronic stress, family dynamics, and life transitions.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, drawing from person-centred, relational, psychodynamic, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapies.
