About me
Through my NHS work, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with a range of difficulties and life experiences, across the lifespan. I work both with adults and children, with each group taking a different focus.
Adult therapeutic work
In my practice I work with many adults who are grappling with complex experiences. This includes life transitions such as relationships or parenthood, as well as difficulties with anxiety and OCD. In this work, I offer a space to explore and make sense of difficulties, and work towards change.
Children and young people
I provide clinical leadership to a child and adolescent service in the NHS. Here I have a speciality for supporting parents with children who may be experiencing anxiety, school issues, or behavioural challenges. In addition, I work directly with children and young adults to provide a therapeutic space drawing on CBT and trauma-informed approaches. I frequently see families of autistic children in my work, and can offer support to parents as well as children.
